County Wide Utility District of Alamo, Tennessee is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Professional Administrative Services associated with the State Water Infrastructure Grants (SWIG) Program Lead Service Line Inventory Grant.
Duties to be performed by the firm may include assistance with application preparation and professional administrative services if funded. An administrative services firm will be evaluated and selected based on the following criteria:
- Specialized Experience of technical expertise of the firm in connection with the type of services to be provided.
- Past record of performance on State and Federally funded projects with the community and other clients including quality of work, timeliness, and cost control.
- Capacity of the firm to perform the work taking into consideration current and planned workload.
